Loyalty App Development — Digital Cards, Points and Rewards
Replace the paper stamp card with an app your customers actually keep: digital cards and wallet passes, a rewards engine you control, and the POS and e-commerce integrations that make points appear at the till.
Everything a loyalty programme needs, in one product
Customer app, rewards engine, staff tools and the integrations that connect them.
Digital cards & wallet passes
Stamp cards, points balances and QR/NFC check-in — in your own app and as Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes that update themselves.
Rewards engine you control
Points rules, tiers, birthday and win-back offers, referrals and expiry — configurable from an admin panel instead of a developer ticket.
POS, store & CRM integrations
Points that earn at the till and online: POS and payment integrations, e-commerce plugins, and a clean API into your CRM or ERP.
Who it is for
Programmes that change repeat behaviour, not points nobody spends.
Retail & F&B chains
Multiple branches, a till at each one, and a stamp card that keeps getting lost. One balance across every branch and the web store.
App-first products
You already have an app and retention is the metric. Loyalty goes inside the product, next to the moment of purchase.
Service businesses
Salons, clinics, gyms and workshops where the repeat visit is the whole business model and bookings drive the rewards.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a loyalty app cost?
A focused first version — digital card, points, rewards catalogue and an admin panel — typically runs $18,000–40,000 across iOS and Android from one Flutter codebase. Adding POS integration, tiers, referrals and campaign tooling moves it toward $40,000–90,000. We fix the price per phase after a short paid discovery.
Do I need an app, or are wallet passes enough?
If all you need is a stamp card and the occasional push, Apple/Google Wallet passes are cheaper, install in one tap and need no store review — we build those on their own. An app earns its keep when you want ordering, a rewards catalogue, personalised offers, or your own channel to customers.
Will it work with our point of sale?
Usually yes. We integrate with POS and payment providers through their APIs, or add a lightweight staff app that scans a customer's QR when a till integration is not available — so points earn in-store on day one either way.
How long does it take to launch?
Eight to fourteen weeks for a first release, including store submission. Wallet-pass-only programmes launch in three to five weeks.
Can customers earn points online and in store?
Yes — one balance across both. We connect the e-commerce checkout and the in-store flow to the same rewards engine, which is what stops the two channels from fighting each other.
