Emad El-Gamal — E-Commerce, Apps, POS & Delivery

The result

The branch now sells nationwide online and in-store through a single synchronized system covering catalog, orders, payments and delivery.

The challenge

Emad El-Gamal is an established sanitary-ware and finishing-supplies retailer with a busy physical branch in Giza and a deep, multi-brand catalog spanning sanitary ware, bathtubs, kitchen sinks, mixers, shower systems and finishing supplies. The business needed to sell online to customers across Egypt without disrupting in-store operations — which meant the website, the mobile apps, the point-of-sale at the branch and the delivery workflow all had to share one source of truth for products, prices, stock and orders.

How we built it

  1. 01

Designed a bilingual (Arabic RTL + English) storefront for a large, multi-category, multi-brand catalog

  2. 02

Built native iOS and Android customer apps sharing a single backend and API

  3. 03

Implemented a POS system so in-branch sales stay in sync with online inventory and orders

  4. 04

Created a dedicated delivery app for dispatching and tracking order fulfillment

  5. 05

Integrated online payments, a returns policy and WhatsApp ordering

  6. 06

Unified product, pricing and stock data across web, apps and POS as a single source of truth
