The Challenge
Clean Basket offers premium door-to-door laundry, dry cleaning and home cleaning across major Saudi cities. Delivering that experience reliably means orchestrating four different users at once — customers placing and tracking orders, laundry vendors processing them, drivers handling pickup and delivery, and operators overseeing everything — all in real time, in Arabic and English, with Saudi payment methods.
Our Approach
How We Built It
Built customer, vendor and driver mobile apps from a shared Flutter codebase for fast cross-platform delivery
Implemented real-time order tracking and status sync across all roles
Designed a bilingual Arabic/English UI with full RTL support for the Saudi market
Integrated local payments (mada, Apple Pay) and subscription billing
Built web portals for clients, providers and operations/admin
Engineered a scalable backend coordinating orders, dispatch and notifications
