Baromind: Migraine Tracker

Log a migraine in three taps, even in the dark

Baromind is a calm, private diary for migraines and headaches. Tap Log migraine, choose how bad it is and tap Save. Add medication, symptoms or notes later, only if you want to. Your migraine days fill a calendar, local air pressure sits beside your log, and the diary stays on your phone.

Baromind's Log migraine sheet: four large intensity buttons from Mild to Very severe, start-time choices and a Save button

Three taps. Nothing to type.

Log the attack while it is happening, in the dark if you need to. The details can wait until you are ready, or be left out.

  1. Tap Log migraine

The button sits low on the Today screen, near your thumb, in a low-glare dark theme.

  2. Choose how bad it is

Four large buttons: Mild, Moderate, Severe or Very severe. If it didn't start just now, one more tap sets when it did.

  3. Tap Save

That's the entry. Saved by mistake? Undo it with one tap. When it's over, one tap records the end time.

Made for the dark

Baromind opens in a low-glare dark theme with large buttons, so you can log an attack without staring at a bright screen.

  • Large buttons near your thumb
  • Nothing flashes, nothing loops

The rest of the diary, when you are ready

Details, the calendar, air pressure and a report for your doctor sit one tap away from the log.

Details, only if you want them

Add the medication you took, the time of each dose and whether it helped. Tap where it hurts, your symptoms and possible triggers, and write notes in your own words. Now, later or never: the entry is already saved.

Your migraine days on a calendar

A monthly calendar marks each migraine day with its intensity, and an outlined ring shows the days an attack continued into. Your full history is free, with migraine days, attacks and days with medication counted every month.

A clear report for your doctor

With Baromind Pro, turn your diary into a PDF for your next appointment: migraine days, attacks, how long they lasted, intensity and medication, for the last 30, 90 or 180 days or everything. The PDF is created on your phone and leaves it only when you share it. CSV export is included.

Air pressure beside your diary

Turn on local pressure to see the air pressure where you are and the next 12 hours: rising, falling or steady. Each entry then keeps the pressure from when it started, and optional notifications tell you when air pressure is expected to fall sharply. Baromind Pro adds a 48-hour outlook.

Private by design

No account and no ads. Your diary stays on your phone, anonymous usage statistics can be turned off, and Settings erases all your data whenever you choose. Your location is used only if you turn it on, rounded to about 1 km.

Questions

What is Baromind?

Baromind is a calm, private diary for migraines and headaches. You log an attack in three taps, add details only if you want to, and see your migraine days on a calendar, with local air pressure alongside your log. It is a personal record to help you and your doctor see what happened, not a medical device.

How do I log a migraine?

Tap Log migraine, choose how bad it is (Mild, Moderate, Severe or Very severe) and tap Save. One more tap sets when it started: now, 30 minutes, 1 hour or 3 hours ago, or earlier. When it's over, one tap records the end time and how long it lasted. Medication, symptoms, pain location, possible triggers and notes can be added at any time.

What does the air pressure feature show?

With local pressure turned on, Baromind shows the air pressure where you are and the next 12 hours, rising, falling or steady, and each entry keeps the pressure from when it started. Optional notifications tell you when air pressure is expected to fall sharply, at most once a day. It shows the weather; it does not tell you whether a migraine will come. Weather data: MET Norway.

Where is my diary stored? Do I need an account?

Your diary stays on your phone and there is no account or sign-up. Your location is used only if you turn on local pressure, and it is rounded to about 1 km before the weather request is sent. Anonymous usage statistics can be turned off in Settings, and you can erase all your data there at any time. The full privacy policy is at summationworks.com/privacy/baromind.
