This policy covers the Bully: Darts Scorekeeper app for iOS and Android ("the app"). The app is published by SummationWorks ("we", "our" or "us"), which is the controller of the personal data described here. Our website is covered by our main Privacy Policy.

1. What Stays on Your Device

The app works without an account and without sign-in. What you record in it is stored only on your device:

  • player names
  • scores
  • match history
  • statistics

Deleting the app, or using "Clear match history" in Settings, removes them.

2. Information We Collect

To run the app, we and our service providers process the information below.

  • Anonymous app ID: A random identifier created when you first launch the app. It is not tied to your name, email address or Apple ID. It links your subscription and your anonymous usage analytics, and it is reset when you reinstall the app. Settings shows it as "Support ID".
  • Usage analytics: Anonymous product events, for example match completed or paywall viewed, together with your app version and device type. We do not send player names or match contents, and IP-based location is turned off.
  • Purchase history: If you subscribe to Bully Pro, the purchase is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). RevenueCat receives your anonymous app ID and purchase history to verify your subscription.
  • Advertising data: In the free version, Google AdMob may process device and advertising data, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and ad interaction and diagnostic data, to serve, measure and protect ads.

3. How We Use Information

  • Subscription: Linking your Bully Pro subscription to your app ID and verifying it.
  • Analytics: Understanding how the app is used, through anonymous usage events.
  • Advertising: Showing non-personalised ads in the free version.

Bully does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and it does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission.

4. Advertising

The free version shows non-personalised ads from Google AdMob. Bully Pro subscribers see no ads.

In the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent first. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy choices.

5. Service Providers

We use the service providers below. Each is governed by its own privacy policy.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Match data: Stays on your device until you use "Clear match history" in Settings or delete the app.
  • Anonymous app ID: Reset when you reinstall the app.
  • Analytics and subscription records: To ask us to delete the analytics or subscription records linked to your anonymous app ID, email hello@summationworks.com and include your Support ID (in the app: Settings → Support ID).

7. Children's Privacy

Bully is rated 4+, but it is designed for darts players and is not directed at children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

When our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date.
